Expenditure

• Currently, Abundance Counseling Services , is accepting private pay clients only.

• Payment is due at time of services being rendered. Payment is taken the morning of your session. 

A credit card is required to be on file to cover co-payments, outstanding balances and / or no shows / no calls. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations require 24 hours notice, or you will be billed a missed session fee. 

• The charge for same day cancellations or no show is the full self pay cost.  

We realize life happens and sometimes events occur out of our control, but as a courtesy please provide advanced notice if possible so someone else can schedule an appointment during that time

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to inform individuals who are:

• not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage

• who are not seeking to file a claim with their insurance plan

of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling their initial session, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. 

This can be provided orally and/or in writing.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapeutic care will cost, and I am willing to discuss this with you at anytime.
